Who we are

The Coworking Company ("TCC", "we") runs managed workspaces in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and the BREAK café. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and member app, why we collect it and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email, mobile number, company, designation and date of birth, provided by you when you register (or by your company admin), so you can sign in and we can link you to your company. We verify your mobile number with a one-time SMS code.
Workspace activity: meeting room bookings, guest invitations (your guest's name and phone number, so we can send their pass), BREAK orders, service requests and invoices for your company.
Website forms: details you send when you request a tour, send an office layout from the designer, or share food preferences, event votes and birthdays with the BREAK Club.
On your device: the website stores small preferences in your browser, such as your office layout and puzzle scores. They stay on your device.

We don't collect your location, contacts or photos, and we don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run your membership: sign-in, bookings, guest passes, café orders, requests and billing.
To reply to tour requests and recommend a workspace.
To plan BREAK menus and events, and to celebrate the birthdays you've shared with us.
To keep our spaces secure and our records accurate.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our services: Supabase, for the app's database and sign-in, and Netlify, for the website and its forms. They process data on our behalf. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and workspace records while your company is a member, and for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations afterwards. Tour and BREAK Club submissions are kept for up to two years.

Your choices

Update your name and mobile number in the app under Account.
Delete your account from the app under Account → Delete my account. Your company's bookings and invoices stay with your company.
Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing us.
